Dec 12th 2019 was the last day my Charge 3 would sync. It stopped syncing, stopped tracking, froze, and no matter what I do it is not working. The battery shows 81% in the app but I plugged it in and have been intermittently trying the quick and long reboot and it does nothing. Now I am not getting any lights, no vibration, no smiley face nothing. Any ideas? I really need this to work to track everything, especially my sleep. I had trouble with my Charge 3 not working right after I purchased it, but support helped me out and I have had no major difficulties until now. Nothing seems to be working in it at all. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 9. O have force stopped the app, tried every reset option on the Charge 3, and nothing. Someone please help.

Hi there @CarrieAllen, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided and for trying to solve the issue with your Charge 3 prior to contacting us.
Please restart your Charge 3 once again by making sure you are following these steps, then charge your tracker once again for at least 1 hour.
If the restart doesn't work and the display is still not turning on after performing the steps above, please take a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
We recommend to charge your Fitbit via the USB port over a wall adapter. However, it is also possible to charge your Fitbit tracker with a UL certified wall adapter. For best results, don’t leave your device plugged in on the charger longer than overnight.
Tips to better charge your Fitbit:
For charging purposes, your charging cable can be plugged into any USB power source, including but not limited to:
In regards to the battery percentage on your Fitbit app, it updates the battery level every time you sync. So if you haven't synced yet, your app will remain the battery percentage of the last synced.
Once you charge your device make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Charge 3 will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
Let me know the outcome, I'll be around.

Ok, so I recharged the fitbit and have tried to hard reboot options. The Fitbit will now buzz when I hold down the side button and even shows a progress bar. However, nothing happens afterwards. Also, the progress bar does not show every time. I have followed all the steps exactly as fitbit recommends and do not understand why this will not work. It was working fine until it froze that day and it still will not sync. I really miss having my fitbit and tracking everything. Is there anything else I can try before I just give up? I have bragged so much about this fitbit Charge 3 and now I just really need to get it working - I don't want to use my Galaxy watch when the fitbit is more accurate. Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

Thank you. Fitbit gave me a discount and I ordered a new Versa2.
