Charge 3 not working any more, not charging, black screen and very hot. My warrranty papers are at home in Québec City,  Canada, and I am in Southern Texas. One year ends on March 16, 2020 and we will only arrive in Québec City on April 13. What can I do?????

Fitbit can tell when you started using it without any papers.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
