My Charge 3 started acting up yesterday, by multiple vibrations on its own, screen didn’t necessarily light up. Then it was flipping back and forth between time screen and the DND/Sleep screen by itself. Then it quit all together, no screen light up, no vibrations. I tried syncing it with the app, and it says device not found. Is it dead?

Mine is also dead, even though the app shows 70% battery. Did you try resetting it? It didn't work on mine, but it has on others.

Hi, I can’t even restart it. I have plugged it in again, but nothing happens, even when try to hold in the side button to restart.
