Charge 3 notifications and reminders to move issues

Text & call notifications, and reminders to move etc. are not working.  Have restarted and rebooted several times.  Nothing.  What should I do?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

After this, please check out this help page, which explains how the reminders work on your Fitbit device.

 

Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if it receives notifications and the reminders work properly.

I just deleted and set up like I was replacing my Fitbit with a new one. It seems to be working for right now.
