Charge 3 notifications for calendar suddenly stopped!

Just bought a charge 3, first fitbit device and enjoying it. It's synced with an iphone 6 and was giving me alerts from my google calendar...but has suddenly stopped. any ideas? thanks and happy new year.

To resolve issues with notifications you can follow the troubleshooting steps on this article. 

 

Whether this doesn't help, you can set up your Fitbit Charge 3 as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
