Charge 3 notifications not being received

After my Samsung S10 did it's latest software update, my charge will not receive notifications. I've restarted both phone and tracker, reinstalled app, changed clock faces, reset notification settings numerous times, turned bluetooth off and on with no other devices nearby and still nothing. I receive my ´time to move´ vibration but nothing else.

What else can I try?

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
