Charge 3 only showing smiley face

Hi 🙂 my Charge 3 won’t get past the 🙂 I’ve tried to reset it. But the bar loads and goes back to the smile face. Any advise?

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. Can you please be more specific about this issue? What are you doing at the moment of seeing this face? Are you charging the device? Is it appearing after the restart process?.

Hi! Thanks for such a quick response! 

 

I see see the smile face ALL the time. 

 

Just St to reiterate what happened is that it died or assume so I put it on the charger. When it came back up the smile face appeared. I attempted a hard reset. The progress bar sometimes loads but it just goes back to the smile face. It remains on the smile face until it dies and I put it back on the charger. Today I can’t get the hard rest to happen. It just smiles at me 🤨
