My Charge 3 is driving me mad because my stats will not display correctly in my dashboard. I started noticing several days ago that my app was not keeping up with my stats. When I tried to restart my Fitbit, I could see the correct stats, but they will not transfer to my dashboard. Now, for multiple days’ worth, I can only see the correct stats when I take my Fitbit off and plug it into the charger. I have tried to restart my Fitbit; I have tried to reinstall the Fitbit app; I have tried to turn my Bluetooth off and back on again; I have tried to restart my phone (alongside all of these actions). Nothing works. Any help would be much appreciated.
