Charge 3 only syncs in the morning

Hi  charge 3 only syncs in the morning , will  not sync through  the day have  re booted on device and restarted on computer   the time slows down as well

To resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

In addition, you can set up your Tracker as a replacement device:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1643333292528.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
