Charge 3 only vibrates twice for phone call

I bought a Charge 3 specifically so that phone calls in the middle of the night would wake me up without making a noise.  I've just been testing it, and the Fitbit only vibrates twice and then stops.  I don't think this will necessarily wake me up.  How do I change the setting to make it vibrate continuously until the phone is answered or diverts?

@tristanfox Welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding your inquiry about the vibration of the call notifications, the Charge 3 does vibrate twice only. The reason is because if it vibrates more than twice, this makes the battery to drain quicker. However, you can go ahead and submit a request on our Feature Suggestions board in order to have a longer vibration while receiving a call notification on the Charge 3.

The more votes your request gets, the more chances it will have to be reviewed by our engineering team. I appreciate your feedback and patience with this.

Has there been any progress on this? Is there a way to change the vibration duration?

I do not buy the battery drain quicker and I have been waiting for this feature for years. The fitbit should vibrate along with every ring. Usually voice mail picks up after 4 rings so it should not be a battery drain issue.

I am hard of hearing and this is a very important feature to me since I often get phone calls in the middle of the night for my job. You can call this an accessibility feature that is very important.

I bought the charge 4 for the exact same reason as it was praised for strong vibration and am extremely disappointed that it only vibrates 2 times per call and then stops, if battery life was an issue you wouldn't be able to change the screen timeout. And just as the screen dim timeout has a warning when you want to change it, this should be an option too.
