Charge 3 only vibrates upon touch but no screen

Our charge 3 only vibrates.  We have tried the 8 second and 15 second restart and sometimes we get the happy face showing but nothing on the screen.  It syncs as well but no screen is showing.  Any suggestions

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 3 display is not working. Thank you for restarting your Tracker before contacting us.
