Charge 3 only vibrates when being charged and screen is blank

Fitbit only vibrates when on charge and screen is blank. When you take it off charge screen is blank and cannot reset and vibrates like battery is no good.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MaggieJane! Thanks for trying to restart your Charge 3. Nice way to go! 

If your Charge 3 is only vibrating when being charged, I'd recommend changing the clock face to a different one. 

While your Charge 3 is being charged you can change the clock face, please don't take it off.

I have same problem and unfortunately sugested solution is not helping.

Maggie - Did you get a solution that worked? I ran into the same issue with my Charge 3...Fitbit vibrates when pressed while charging- but continues to have a blank screen both when charging and off it as well. Long resets and changing charging ports and cleaning and all other things have not worked.
