Charge 3 pairing issues after factory reset

I've been having issues keeping my charge 3 paired to my Samsung s20+ for the last few weeks but the last 4 days it won't pair at all. I've soft reset, factory reset, deleted the app etc. and although it finds my charge 3 it won't give me a pin to pair?! I'm actually losing the will with it! How do I fix it?? Any help appreciated.

Wilson, the troubleshooting guidance is for a charge 4. Does this matter?

I'd like to let you know that the troubleshooting steps should work if you have a Charge 4, nevertheless; I was able to see that you reached out to our Support Team and they were able to provide information and assistance.
