I am not able to see anything on my charge 3 screen. I was asked to change the screen clock face. I am trying to pair my charge 3 with mobile to do so but since the screen is not displaying i am not able to get pairing code and hence cannot connect my mobile with charge 3.can anyone help?

but i dont see any suggestion from fitbit
