Charge 3 pairs to my iPhone but not my iPad

I was able to successfully setup and updated my brand new Charge 3 (purchased to replace my One) to my iPhone SE 2020, but it doesn’t connect to my iPad. When I try to get the pin code to setup with the iPad...nothing happens. I usually use my iPad for syncing. Help!

When I removed the One from my account, it started syncing. I guess both cannot be on the same account.

Syncs on iPad, iPhone cannot find Charge. The notifications area shows the spinning star. I get the need to pair pop up, and when I click setup...nothing. Argh!

@Curlyanne12   First, you can have your One and your Charge 3 on your account at the same time.  Second, if you set up your Charge 3 to receive notifications from your iPhone, it makes a tight Bluetooth bond with your iPhone.  It won't sync with your iPad if your Notifications are on.  Also, if you set up your Charge 3 with your iPhone, it is on your account.  You don't need to set it up again on your iPad.  You data syncs to your account, not your iPhone or iPad.
