Hi. I've just been given a Charge 3. I can sync my phone. I can answer the phone from my Fitbit but then I can't hear anything on my phone unless it is on speaker. I have tried rebooting but it doesn't seem to have made a difference. Suggestions?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @MissMiss! Thanks for already restarting your phone and Charge 3. Nice way to go!
Is your mobile phone included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
I've just tested my phone calls on my Charge 3. I could answer my call on the Fitbit and could listen to the other person talking just fine. So, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or trackers?
If the issue persists, I'd recommend setting up your notifications again:

This method no longer works as the blue tooth prompt doesn't appear.
I can't use my phone for calls so is beyond frustrating. The problem is the Fitbit is not even connected and I still can't use my phone to make calls!

Hello @MissMiss, thanks for coming back! I am sorry to hear that you are going through this situation once again.
Can you please let me know what Google Pixel you have? Is it included in this list I provided above?
In the meantime, I'd recommend taking a look at the help articles: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and My device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
I'm looking forward to your reply.

I am having this exact problem now with an IPhone 8 and a Charge 4 - I have tried rebooting the phone, unpairing and repairing, deleting the app and I still can't hear anything on my phone unless I put it on speaker. It is as though the normal speaker that I would hold to my ear has somehow been disabled. It is driving me BANANAS! How do I fix this?!
