Charge 3 quit working after swimming

I had my first Charge 3 in 2020 and it lasted 3 years. Finally, I used it to swim one time and within a couple days it died.  Wouldn't ever charge or turn back on. I just assumed it was old and needed replaced so I purchased a new Charge 3. Two days ago I wore it to swim for the first time and hadn't even been in the water for 5 minutes when it turned off. The screen went black, no vibration, nothing. I let it dry out for a day and then tried to charge it and nothing. Still won't turn on and the light on the back is red, plus you can see condensation on the inside of it. So this is the second time my "waterproof" tracker quit working after trying to use it to track a swim. I have seen other posts about this. Has anyone gotten help with it or tried a different tracker and had success with it in water?

Thank you. I have actually emailed them 3 times in the past 4 hours without receiving any response, so I would definitely appreciate an update on how to proceed.
