I've been trying to get my device to sync again. When I went to look at my online dashboard, it had an alert indicating it hadn't synced since 10/15. I went to the phone app to sync and it just gave me a continuous loop.
I've tried to reboot the device, but after I enter my Bluetooth pairing code, I get the "sorry" message. I've tried restarting my phone. Same results.
I've also deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled. Same result. After I enter the pairing code, I get the sorry message.
I also happen to have another Android phone. Same model, but different color. I unistalled from one version and reinstalled the software on the other phone. Same issue.
Phone specs:
Moto G7
Android version: 10
Location permission: on all the time
Suggestions?
