Hi, I’ve been having problems with my fitbit for the past 12 hours. I have tried to restart it but none of the restarts are working, I even rebooted it but it didn’t work. There are thin black lines on the screen and it randomly turns off and vibrates. The time is also incorrect. I was wondering if there was anything else I could try as I have connected it to power and held down the button for 8, 15 and 30 seconds, all resulting in the same outcome. Thanks

The time is now correct but the lines are still being displayed
