I've had my Charge 3 since the beginning of the year. I wear it above my wrist bone where the directions say to place it, but every time I move or bend my wrist it's like I'm pushing the button. It vibrates and changes to the screen wake/notifications screen.
It's annoying, especially since when it moves to that it sometimes turns off those notifications I need to make sure I'm getting my calls. And then, of course, when I lift my wrist to look at the time, the time isn't there because the screen wake/notifications screen is on instead.
Is there a way to get this to stop? I searched the forum for my issue but only found other people talking about the screen going crazy and draining the battery since a recent update. That's not what is happening for me ... my wrist is triggering the side bottom to change the screen.
I'm considering switching over to a Withings tracker if I can't get this resolved.
Please help.
Thanks so much!

It's great to welcome you @melyssahb.
Thanks for searching information about how to fix this display issue. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting it by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
Let me know the outcome.

Thanks for your response. I did restart the tracker, but it hasn't done anything. Everytime I bend my wrist, that triggers the button to flip screens and a lot of the time my screen wake or notifications gets toggled off because of it. I'm very frustrated.

Thanks for getting back @melyssahb.
I am sorry to hear about your frustration. If your wrist is pressing the tracker's button, I suggest making sure you are placing the Charge 3 correctly. Please see attachment.
Keep me posted.

That’s exactly where I wear it. I think it’s a faulty design that the “side” button activates when pressure from the arm below is applied. It makes it go off all the time. I have thin bony wrists and I think it activates because of that. Since there doesn’t seem to be a solution, I may be leaving the Fitbit community. The constant buzzing is annoying. Thanks for trying to help though. It was worth a shot.

This happens to mine too. So annoying. It also happens if I push down on the face. It didn't always do this. Every fitbit I've had - and this is the third - has had some kind of problem. I am getting a different tracker next time.
