I have a Fitbit charge 3, it's recovered 55,000 steps since midnight whilst asleep.
I've tried resetting it and turning it on and off ect but nothing seems to be able to re-set it?
Any ideas what's happened or how to resolve it? I've never had any issues with it doing this before and I've had it years.
Thanks

@Walker1010 I hope you're doing well!
This is odd. Check that there isn't any manually logged activities on your account. Also check that your tracker isn't near any vibrating surface at night (a working fan, computer and other electronics may cause vibrations that can be detected as steps by your tracker. Finally you can log a driving activity to negate steps on your account.
Hope this helps.
