Checked time zone in settings & time zone is correct, not sure how to fix it.  It also changed the time on my previous sleep data that was correct before

Hello there @09b, welcome to the Community Forums. We're sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

I'll be glad to help you with your inquiry about your sleep data registered with the wrong time. Thanks for the steps you've done so far in order to fix it the data.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps:

  1. Manually sync the tracker. See instructions in How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the tracker. See instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the tracker on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in How do I edit my sleep history in the Fitbit app?

On a side note, I was wondering if this was the first time that your Charge 3 registers your sleep with incorrect times? Have you had syncing difficulties too?

Let me know if your Charge 3 keeps tracking your sleep with wrong times. I'll be around, keep me posted.
