Hi, I went for a long 17km walk today which my Fitbit had recorded - I then ended the exercise recording and its saying I have only done 3,000 steps. 

 

I then saw on the exercise itself it says the walk started on the 2nd May and finished today, despite starting and ending today! I haven't worn it for the week, but it says I did 20,000 steps yesterday, so not sure if that's the steps I did today?

 

I have resynced it and that hasn't fixed it - any ideas?
