My 19 month old Charge3, which I look after impeccably, developed vertical white stripes about 2 weeks ago. I've followed all the restart instructions, no joy.
A few days later it suddenly gave me a completely different clock face. I've tried changing the clock face but my app just goes into suspended animation and no change happens. I'm not doing anything wrong, I've changed the face in the past quite successfully.
Just to round off a perfect fortnight, I've now permanently got a red light on the back, which glows like a beacon in the dark so I can't wear it at night. I have tried the long restart, except I can't make that happen, just constantly get the smiley face, won't go black, can't do the unplug/replug thing. And the red light is STILL there, eating up battery power at 1% per 3 minutes.
So what do I do? Other than buy a different product (husband's Charge 3 became so dim after 6 months, it had to be replaced. Not feeling optimistic that mine is anything other than fit for the bin).
