Charge 3 red or green lights  ot coming on, but battery is fully charged. It also stopped tracking my sleep.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @anume65. Thank you for letting us know that the green lights on your Charge 3 are not working and that your sleep is not recording. 

Make sure that your heart rate monitor is ON and if it's working, disable it, restart your device and enable it again.
