Hi there, 

I am having problems syncing my Charge 3 Fitbit. I did not have a chance to sync it for the past few days because of poor internet connection. I have just returned home and tried to sync it without success. 

Firstly it won't sync on my iPhone SE 2020. Now I've tried downloading the Windows 10 Fitbit app but it's not able to find the device it says. 

I went on a weekend of outdoor activities where I generated a lot of data that I want to inspect. 

 

Do you have any suggestions for other things I can do to sync the device?
