I suddenly have 46000 steps and I have barely walked to the kitchen to get my coffee.. What is going on?

Hi @Dster, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 registered a huge amount of steps when you didn't even walked a long distance. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains why your Charge 3 may track extra steps.

 

Finally, monitor your tracker during the next 24 hours and see if it stops tracking extra steps.
