Charge 3 heart rate zones are are all over the map during workouts. It only tracks correctly when I’m NOT exerting myself in anyway. Which… what’s the point of a fitness tracker at all then?

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.53 iOS and 3.53 Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
If you have customized your heart-rate zones, please make sure to have followed the instructions in this article in the menu "What are heart-rate zones? > What are the heart-rate zones on my Fitbit device?".
In addition, please follow these tips to resolve heart-rate tracking issues.
