Charge 3 reminders to move feature

All of a sudden my Fitbit Charge 3 seems to be tracking something. It buzzes my wrist every couple of minutes. I'm not sure what it's trying to do, but I want it to stop.  How do I do that?

Are you talking about reminders to move? If this is the case, you can turn them off by doing the following from the Fitbit app:

  1. On the Today tab, tap the hourly activity tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon 
     
    > turn Reminders to Move on or off.
