Charge 3 reminders to move not working

Updated with latest firmware release and now reminder to move is not working.

Welcome to the Community, @C2020.

 

If you are having problems with the reminders to move option, I recommend taking a look at the help article: What are the reminders I see on my Fitbit device? and checked you followed those steps to enable this feature. Also, check if the DND more isn't on by pressing the tracker's button until it vibrates and check this option.

Mine stopped too so FItbit sent me a new one under the warranty. That worked for a few days and then they stopped. FItbit have declined to replace it because this is a known fault that they hope to be able to rectify at some unknown date in the future.
