My charge 3 reminders to move worked perfectly for a long time but have now stopped. The app on my phone and laptop show that they are set and the hours are being tracked, but I am not receiving any reminders. Ideas?

Let me help you with your reminders to move not working on your Charge 3. Make sure your tracker isn't in the Do not Disturb mode by long pressing its button. If the issue persists restart your tracker, remove the Reminders to move, save and sync then add them again.

I have tried all suggestions to get my reminders to work and still for months nothing has worked. Calling didn't help either. I was told fitbit knows of the issue and working on an update to fix. This was in January and still no update and no fix. This was one of the main reason I got the chargé 3. We are having the same issue on my daughter's chargé 3 as well.

Hello! Are you still have this issue?
If you are synching to an iPhone, make sure your "Share System Notifications" are on.
Settings > Bluetooth > Fitbit Device > Toggle "Share System Notifications" to on
