I usually see a good correlation between RHR and the lowest HR recorded overnight - not the same number, but a correlation.  Maybe took a look at overnight heart rate.  If it is dropping to same level each night, it might make sense that your RHR is staying the same.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

See this post: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Heart-rate-stuck/m-p/3996518/highlight/true#M123946   apparently the Retro Double Stat clock face can cause this issue and changing the clock face can solve it on the Charge 3.

Unfortunately my Charge 3 won't let me change the clock face, it 'hangs' - buffers - constantly.

Hello everyone. @SiouxieM Nice to see you around and thank you for your input!

If you experience any inconvenience in changing the clock face, I'd recommend making sure you're following all the suggested tips in this help article: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance. Note that you can contact them through chat or over the phone, but phone wait times are longer than normal, so I recommend initiating a chat. Click here to get connected.

See you around.
