I'm having the same problem described here https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-3/Charge-3-is-showing-white-vertical-lines/m-p/3305047#M44483
It happened after charging after running out of battery.
What should I do? My screen works but it has vertical lines all over the place.

Likewise, I haven’t received any reply from Fitbit support. The white lines are so bad I can barely see the screen now. The device can no longer be found on Bluetooth and has stopped syncing, and cannot be reset. It has clearly malfunctioned and there is no help from Fitbit support whatsoever. Very upset.

I have the same problem. After numerous calls and several hours wasted trying to fix a previous fitbit whose notifications stopped after an app update,. I have zero confidence that fitbit will neither fix this new problem or let me return this other darned watch for a replacement. The fitbit with the verticle lines was a gift for my 80 year old Mom in Ireland. My brother set it up on his phone, so it will take some international collaboration of events to go through the trouble shooting fix that they suggested which likely wont work. I will update this post on the outcome of events. And Yes! I have contacted the customer service department and sent trouble shooting instructions to my brother.

I tweeted about the white line on twitter. Fitbit were very responsive and sent me instructions the next day on replacing the Fitbit!

This restart is suggested regardless of the proem. It does NOT work for the charge three white lines. It WILL not wok.

My husband had the exact same thing happen to his charge 3 a few days ago and now today my Charge 3 is doing the exact same thing. My screen also appears to be off centered a little bit. I restarted it, but that did not fix the issue.

Mine is doing that too. The first time it happened it was still under warranty - the "new" one came has has the same issue after 6 months. Fitbit will not do anything because it is now out of warranty. Maybe they should recall this crappy product - there is an OBVIOUS issue with it!

I contacted Fitbit - they offered a discount on a new one - how about they fix their product!
A company is only as good as their products...… unfortunately Fitbit isn't very good

I also have the same vertical lines several near the top of the screen.....sigh this Fitbit has been such a disapoinment, I still have the box which clearly shows oxygen sensor as a feature yet, yes recently it’s allowed me to see some variation....it’s never really shown me the parameters even though I’m a Fitbit premium member and recommended it over several times not because I was completely satisfied. But because it encouraged me to keep walking daily and stay healthy ... Also.... I signed up to be a beta tester for Fitbit labs...no response......support seems near non existent not to sure what to do? Any luck anyone? Now the charge 4 is out lol yet they haven’t even given me complete features of the charge three and a messed up display......sad I really was hopeful
