I'm having the same problem described here https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-3/Charge-3-is-showing-white-vertical-lines/m-p/3305047#M44483
It happened after charging after running out of battery.
What should I do? My screen works but it has vertical lines all over the place.

Sounds like this is an issue - my sone charge 3 has exactly the same issue, tried the resets as suggested but not improved the situation. What is the next step to try?

I've done everything reccommended to fix my screen and nothing is fixing it. I don't know what to do. I love my FitBit and really wish it could be fixed as soon as possible...

I am having the same issue. have it less than a year . the screens still work, but the lines are extremely annoying. I have tried the restart a number of times.i get the smiley face with the lines through the screen. I paid a lot of money for these lines to appear. what else can be done?

I reported the issue to FirBit customer service and my FitBit was just 11 months old so they sent me a new one.

I am having the same issues after only just receiving this item from Amazon on 8/01/19. I have tried to reset several times with the same results.

I tried everything. No joy. It's been busy over Christmas. I intend to go back to the shop as I emailed fitbit and got no reply.
They have guarantee on them.
I'm a bit annoyed that this is happening a lot but none of charge 3 watches have been recalled. Nor have they done anything but put up how to reset them.
I will post what happens.

I'm going to ring or email.
I'm going to ask for a refund or different model.
This is not an isolated problem. I'm hearing more and more about same thing happening
I will post results

I have the same problem appearing out of nowhere some time before the new year. Restarting or changing clock face did not help. I purchased my device in March 2019.

I have best part of an hour on chat to fitbit.
I said the problem is world wide and they are knowingly selling inferiour products even after their were made aware if problem.
They went all around the houses. Eventually offering me a replacement.
I stated I would prefer a refund to be used as payment for a different model they flatly refused. Stating they are doing their best to put the problem to rest.
By giving out a product which is probably going to have same problem again.
I am waiting for a supervisor to contact me.
If not sorted I will escalate this time Consumer Rights Association.
Big companies like this can not take for granted that they can hide defects in products while selling them. Then not taking responsibility.

I was told there is 12 month guarantee.
Refund only within 45 days.
I intend pushing this problem with fitbit.
As I stated they have been aware of this problem yet still sold their product.
I would go on to fitbit chat and sort it.
