Charge 3's display has vertical lines

It happened after charging after running out of battery.

 

What should I do? My screen works but it has vertical lines all over the place.

My charge 3 has had grey vertical lines for months, and last week I was greeted with 3 new horizontal black lines! Yay! Every day I wake up wondering if I’ll be surprised to a new one... I’m up to 6 grey and 4 black! 😔

Same issue here.  Power ran down during the night and the lines appeared.  I have tried all of the “fixes” provided above and noe have worked.

I've also have the same problem for the last month, and have tried rebooking 3 or 4 times. Lines have got increasingly worse to the point I can't now tell the time.

Fitbit was purchased last August.

Please open a case file for me

I too am having the same problem. After charging my device all of a sudden I have vertical stripes on the face. I've tried changing the clock face six times as well as the recharging suggestions offered here.

I love this thing.

What do I do?

Same with me. I can't do anything with it now just look at the time. Really unhelpful and this happened to my mum a few weeks ago. IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET A CHARGE 4 INSTEAD AS THERE ARE SO MANY PRIBLEMS WITH CHARGE 3? hopefully charge 4 is better

I had to contact customer service and get a replacement (it was still under warranty).  Good luck and hopefully they are able to fix this issue.

The company seems reasonable. I love my new Charge 3 that they replaced.
Maybe they’ll at least give you a discount on a different model if you’re
dissatisfied.

I have the same problem, I followed those steps, but it did not work. The device is also not vibrating for any notifications, despite being set to vibrate (I've tried both normal and strong).

I have the same problem with horizontal lines appearing across the screen. It started some days ago and it becoming progressively worse. I have reset, reset and hard reset a million times and yet the problem persists. Please can someone from FitBit advise and contact me? Thank you!
