Charge 3's display has vertical lines

I'm having the same problem described here https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-3/Charge-3-is-showing-white-vertical-lines/m-p/3305047#M44483

It happened after charging after running out of battery.

What should I do? My screen works but it has vertical lines all over the place.

My screen use to have some lines and dots, but now it is down to just a few white dots. I have tried all of the reset options in this thread.  And I have also tried changing the clock face.  Nothing has been able to bring my display back.  What should I do?  Thanks so much!

I'm having a similar issue with my charge 3, faded screen with vertical lines. The screen is not responding well to swipes either. I tried to restart several times but the issue persists. I am frustrated. Please let me know how to resolve this.

You have to call Fitbit or contact them. Mine was still under warranty so they replaced it.

They won't replace mine but said that all the information should be correct.  It's not.  My fitbit says that my heart rate is at 140 but my daughter's has it at 89.

Thanks, they send me information to restart by holding the button for 15
seconds instead of 8 seconds. That did not work either. I hope they replace
it.
Thanks

I did.  They cannot replace it because it is no longer under warranty, and they do not repair devices.  They could only offer a discount.  I asked if, despite the lines are the screen, would everything work.  I was told everything would still working properly.  It isn't.

My fitbit started doing this yesterday.  I tried to reset it twice and the display still isn't showing properly.  Are there any other suggestions to fix this?  Thank you.

I have the same problem mentioned where I have vertical lines across my display.   I tried the reboot and they are still there!  What next?  Thanks.

They are crappy product and cannot be fixed by resetting. You may get
replacement if under 1 year warranty.

Have the same issue with my Charge 3. Vertical lines and the touch screen is tempermental.  Not impressed with this product.  I am out of luck for replacement probably cause mine is over a year old.  I have reset, rebooted and did all the steps to try to get it to come back. Annoying part is that I went to bed it was working fine and woke up and the display was all lines and hard to read.  Never going to buy another fitbit as from what I have read they all have issues.  What a waste of money that I will never get back for this crappy made product.

Hello,

I have tried restarting the Fitbit whilst plugged in and also changed the clock face but the lines are still there. I have only had the Fitbit charge 3 since Christmas. Kindly assist. My email is megs674@hotmail.com

I tried the restart as instructed. After the fourth time I finally got the smiley face but the screen still has vertical lines.

I think they tell everybody to try the restart and hope you die before you complete it so they don't have to send you a replacement.  I'm having this problem for the second time second Fitbit 3.  I haven't seen on any posts that the restart worked.
