Charge 3 says "No sleep data"

i have recently bought a Fitbit charge 3 but I have somModerator Edit: Clarified subjecte issues with the sleep data. 

Firstly I can only see the time I have slept on the app along with all details of my sleep. But it doesn’t show on my watch only «  No Data »

 

Secondly, I do not have a sleep score either in the app or showing on the watch. 

it is a bit frustrating as I do not know how to fix this
