Charge 3 says "Sleep not Tracked"

So, the watch will send the data to the phone to track but the watch still says "Sleep Not Tracked".  

UMMMMMMM, watch sent to phone so it is tracked.... How do I get it to store on watch as well?

Nope, watch is a **ahem**!!! Rarely does it track anything properly!!! Can't
track sleep from your wrist either... Says I'm asleep when relaxed on the
couch.... My steps/miles alter significantly every day when making exact
same door to door walks, stairs are never accurate, do 8-10 flights per
day, says 0-1, etc etc etc. I'm on 2nd with no change

My watch is also not tracking sleep or heart rate.  It was working perfectly.  Reset has not worked.
