I bought the watch on July 18/2019 and I can hardly see what is on the screen anymore. Tried to reset. Doesn't work. HELP!!!

Check if you are in Sleep Mode, intentionally keeping screen dim.

Press in side button a few seconds; below 'DND' see 'Sleep'; if the moon does not have a line through it, you are in Sleep Mode; tap it to get out of Sleep Mode.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
