Hi ,
When I got fitbit charge3 the display was too dim. Could see/read only in night or less light . Now it completely gone dark . I cannot read it even in night . Please point out the solution or the service center .

Hi @Ambika, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 became dark and it's hard to read. I totally understand how you feel about this. Regarding your inquiry, I'm afraid that we don't have a repair center.
However, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they will reply to your email soon in order to follow up and provide a solution. Please keep an eye on your email account.
