Charge 3 screen became blank and it won't turn on

Charge 3 has no screen visibility- it’s black.

Tried all the resets - to no avail🙁

Charged at 96% and app is showing up to date data but watch isn’t showing anything.

Only six months old.

Hi @DazMan65, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen became black and it won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

 

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hello

No still no response

When I try the restart by connecting to the mains the screen remains blank and doesn’t respond to my clicking the left hand button as also suggested

Is it broken?
