Charge 3 screen became blank

1hr after taking the tracker off charge the screen became blank & would vibrate if the reset button was pressed.

I have tried resetting the tracker numerous times without success.

I have now tried it once again & said tracker is unresponsive completely even though the app shows the battery to be @ 97%
