Hi my screen won’t lighten up very dark can only see it at night.

Hi @Scouser16, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since the screen is very dark and it can only be seen at night.

 

Please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
