Charge 3 screen black and won’t turn on

My Fitbit has been showing a black screen for more than two weeks now. At first it was flickering with white lines. I charged it overnight and then it wouldn’t turn on at all. It still charges and tracks my stats however I still can’t turn it on. I’ve tried  the reset  where I plug it in and hold down for 15 seconds. It vibrates multiple times I unplug it then plug back in. Nothing happens. I’ve also tried changing the clock face.
