Charge 3 screen black out

My charge 3 screen is blank.Have tried all fixes on old reviews.Placed in charger.Held button for 15 secs.Took out of charger,put back on etc. and even got the smiley face but still screen goes back to blackout.Any ideas anyone??

Ring fitbit.  This happened to mine, they replaced it.  But will only do it once.  Its a fault in the product.  I wont buy another.

Hi, no I didn't have the number,i was going to do live chat online but I since had one more go at fixing it myself.I cleaned both charger connect areas on both fitbit and charger gently with the tip of a safety pin and removed the tiniest bit of debris.I placed fitbit back in charger and pressed the face of fitbit and base of charger firmly together and it just started working again!! So all's well that ends well.Hope this helps someone else.
