I am having trouble with my Charge 3. The button on the side works and the green light on the bottom flashes but the screen doesn’t come on. I tried resetting it several times and changed the clock face. But it works for a little while and then the screen won’t come on again.
I’ve even tried resetting, changing the clock face and then leaving it sit on the shelf for an hour and when I put it on my wrist again. It works for 20 minutes and then the screen won’t come on. Any suggestions on what to do?
Thanks!

I am having the same problem. The device still works (green light flashing, records steps and heart rates), it just the screen is dark (like it is stuff in 'sleep' mode and doesn't come on when I lift my hand, or press the button). It have restarted it countless times, and a few times I have seen the 'smily' face. But most times it doesn't do anything. In looking here, it seems like this is common problem. Is there a common solution?

Thanks Chris.
I'm hoping @AlejandraFitbit might have some other fixes.
My watch is out of the warranty. And I've seen a lot of people complaining about it.
The screen came to life this afternoon for all of 30 seconds when I raised my arm... and then it got all pixilated and went away.
Frustrating. Especially if the life of these things are only a year and a half.
Glad your situation worked out.
