Charge 3 screen blacked out, unresponsive, not charging, is syncing and can change clock in app

Hi there, since about 10 days ago my Charge 3 (almost a year old) wen totally black. When I charge it it only shows a smiley, nothing more. Resetting by pushing the button while charging: no response, not when pushing it for 8 seconds, not when longer. The button doesn't "click" when I push it anymore (doesn't react). I can change the clock in the app and see a small white line on the screen of my watch, but screen doesn't wake up after that (also not after pushing button on the side again). 
I can see in the app I have approx 13% battery left, but it doesn't charge even though plugged in. It does sync (I can see that in the app). 


I have no clue what to do anymore as I did practically everything that was suggested online, is it possible to give me contact details of the customer service? Purchased it 30th of June 2019 via Amazon.com - reseller Castle, hope this is okay with regards to return/replacement.

Mine blacked out three days ago and won't let me do ANYTHING. Nothing shows up on the charger except the green light. You can look at my dashboard and see that nothing has happened in that timeframe. How do we replace?
