Charge 3 screen blacked out

Dear tech support team,

 
Hope all is well!
 
Few weeks ago I had an error with the brightness of the screen with my Charge 3, no matter that I changed it to the brightest setting, it was still dimmed.
A few days ago the screen went completely black, I tried to fix it by using the comments (changing the clock face, synchronising, long restart) on the FitBit forum, unfortunately it did not work. 
However the synchronisation (iOS Apple 11) of my daily datas work perfectly, as I can see every data logged into my account on the app.
 
Could you kindly help me with this matter?

Press and hold the button* for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button. *For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons. Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Let go of the buttons.

I tried but unfortunately it does not work, the screen is still black and the logo didn’t appear.
