My Fitbit is fully charged but the screen is blank. When pushing the sides it vibrates but will not display the time. Please assist.

My charge 3 screen is blank. Couldn’t get it to work by reset button. Decided to delete it from my phone to set it up again. Now I can’t see the code on the blank screen. Any suggestions to rectify a really stupid move on my part.

My fitbit charge 3 is months old and stopped keeping its charge 3 days ago, now the screen is blank, tried everything to reset it. CS told me that it is not under warranty so too bad so sad. However, they offered me 25% off another one...can't see me doing that after spending $200+. Sooo disappointed!!

They tell me that it doesn’t matter that it is only 6 months old because the warranty rules are based on your original purchase which was Jan/19 (the current one was a replacement because the original one had blank lines running across the screen when it was only 9 months olfactory), I think this is bs because I don’t see this rule anywhere in the warrant details.

Same here, been trying since yesterday with all the tips on here and the others I have found online. Screen is blank and will not wake up! Still logging everything and syncing with my phone and tablet. The "changing clock face" - well, it was tried several times last night, it was left running overnight and that has still not happened (checking on the app on my phone to see what clock face I have)

My screen is also black and it's saying it's charged, but when I press it, it won't even vibrate. It did it twice yesterday. It would work for a few and then do it again. I am frustrated because I have only had it a year.

I so regret buying the charge 3 and now I am out $230 because they say it is out of warranty however this one was a replacement only 6 months ago but they go by your original purchase which was just over a year ago. I am still searching the warranty wording for this...guess what it’s nit there...just really bad customer service where they won’t stand behind their products!!! Soooo disappointed

Mine is doing the same, still syncing but nothing on Charge screen. Have tried long and short reboot and plugging into laptop, anyone got any other ideas please?

Hi. I’ve got the same issue with the brightness of my Fitbit. And even when I can see it, the top half is even darker than the bottom. I’ve tried the reboot and the reset and neither worked and when I tried to do a live chat I kept getting the page not available message!
My current Fitbit is a replacement for one that was faulty last year
