My charge 3 screen had been extremely dim lit for days and was getting progressively worse so checked what to do on this forum.
I've tried changing the clock face to no avail. Then I tried to do the recommended long reset but my device would not turn off, tried a couple of times and not the screen has gone completely blank!
I can see from the app that it is charging and syncing fine but the device is useless without the display screen working, please help.

I have a similar problem. It is tracking and syncing but blank screen. Changed the clockface, installation worked fine, but no screen. Tried the force restart which always worked in the past but in spite of the smiley face appearing the screen went blank again afterwards and will not come back on. Also, the green light on the back comes on intermittently. I think I need some help
Force reset always worked previously
